Look out, Peak Performance has a CBS Radio interview schduled for Monday 08/11/08 at 9:00am.  We will be discussing our free services that we offer to the community i.e. free workshops, free stress and spinal screening throughtout the Elk Grove area, also all other services that we offer in the office .  The specific topices to be discussed are The 100 year lifestyle, get your ESS in shape, energy, strengh, and structure.   It is scheduled for a 30 minute segment to be aired on FM radio KNCI, KQJK, KSFM, KYMX and KZZO.  We will let you know the exact date and time that you can hear it aired live in the next couple of weeks.

Peak Performance attended the Holistic Healing Expo yesterday at the Holiday Inn on Laguna Blvd.  We met alot of very interesting people that all have the same goal of healing naturally without the use of drug medications.  It was comforting to know that there are people that truly care about the community just as we do.  We had a great turnout and will be returning on November 2, 2008 and the same location.

Peak Performance is one of the sponsor’s for the Farmers Market California grown, we have a booth on Wednesdays from 4pm-8pm.  We do free screenings for the public which include either a spinal or stress screening.  We were there yesterday and had a ball, we are scheduled for 2 more weeks, August 20th and 27th.  Come out and join the fun with us, bring your friends and family.  Share with us and all the families in the Elk Grove community by promoting healthy, fresh eating.   Hope to see you out there next time.
